Check out time is 11:00 am. Should you require a late check out, please contact the Front Desk. A $75.00 late fee will apply, which allows you to stay until 3:00 pm, if necessary. Subject to availability.

Cribs and cots are available at $10.00 per night, on a first come, first served basis. Call the Front Desk and we would be pleased to deliver a crib or cot to your room.

Our exercise room is located off of the pool area. Hours of operation are 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. You must be eighteen (18) years of age. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Key for entrance is obtained at the Front Desk.

The gift shop provides many extra amenities. 

Guest laundry is located at the south end of the hotel. Hours of operation are 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Housekeeping will provide extra blankets, pillows, soap and towels. If you require any additional items, please call the Front Desk.

Ice & soft drink machines are located on the North hallway of every floor, and a vending machine is located by the front lobby.

Lost and found property is returned to the Housekeeping Department. Housekeeping hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm daily. Dial 5.

Our Front Desk has a mail drop box. We would be happy to receive your items for mailing. Stamps may be purchased at the Front Desk. Mail leaves the hotel Monday through Friday prior to 5:00 pm.

Free parking is available to all registered guests. Long term secured parking is available for a minimal fee.  Please contact the front desk for details.

The entrance to the pool is located on the lobby level and at the south end of the hotel.

We are a smoke free facility and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building. Should you choose to smoke, a $250.00 + HST fee will be applied to your room and eviction will take place.
